Kitchen with marble back counter, caesar stone island, wall oven and microwave, plus full stove and oven under hood. Crown mouldings, new windows and casings and white oak floors stained custom grey. Cabinet colour: BM sweatshirt grey. Island colour: BM racoon.

Dining room and living room were part of the original house, family room in the background is part of a two-story edition. Ceilings were raised from 8 to 10 feet.
